Hetzner S3 on Mac (using Cyberduck)

Hetzner recently opened their Beta Program for its newly available S3 feature. Here is a quick tutorial on how to access it on your Mac using Cyberduck.

First you have to go in your Cyberduck settings and search for s3 https in your profiles tab. Activate it.

Now open a new connection and select S3 (HTTPS) as your provider. Use

fsn1.your-objectstorage.com

for the server address. Port will automatically be 443 (https).

Enter your "Access Key ID" and your "Secret Access Key" (both which you should be generating in the Hetzner console).

Now you should be able to see all your created buckets.
